Repair and Makeover.

Hauled August 2004.

These are the beginning of the repairs needed on the boat. It's turning into a comprehensive restoration as all the little things add up.

Finally got the canopy up.

The first cut was hardest, but after that, it's easy. There were very few balsa squares in this area

The square is the plywood from a stanchion base. The dark coloured balsa is rotting.

This is saturated, rotting balsa core.
